Yes — we partner with retailers, boutiques, and brands, including private-label options.

How often do you release new candles?
We do weekly drops, rotating five candles each week.

Can I order online?

CSC’s Candle Bakery

By placing an order with CSC’s Candle Bakery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

⏳ Processing Time & Order Fulfillment

All candles and wax melts are handmade to order.

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days

  • Depending on order volume, processing may range from 4–18 business days

  • During holidays, sales, launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 14–21 business days

We always prioritize quality over speed and will never rush production at the expense of craftsmanship.

👉 Extended processing times due to holidays, sales, or large-volume order periods do NOT constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

🎨 Handcrafted Nature

Every product is individually hand-poured, hand-painted, and decorated by our candle artists.

  • Variations in color, texture, shape, or design are normal

  • No two candles are exactly alike

  • These variations are not considered defects

This is what makes each CSC candle truly one-of-a-kind.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges — NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products and insurance requirements:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including:

    • Processing delays

    • Holiday delays

    • Shipping carrier delays

    • Customer preference changes

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@candlebakery.shop within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly make it right with a replacement.

❌ Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours:

  • Your order enters production

  • Cancellations and refunds are no longer possible

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

📦 Shipping

  • CSC’s Candle Bakery is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or weather-related issues once an order has shipped

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

  • Reshipments due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees​

Summer Shipping

Candles are sensitive to heat. During warmer months:

  • Do not leave packages outside in direct sunlight

  • We include ice packs in summer packaging to help protect your order
